Nutritional Counseling may be done in person or over the phone.
Sliding scale for this service only, is $60 to $120 per hour
The first session may be as long as two hours. Subsequent sessions are usually half an hour.

Massage Therapy, Cranio-Sacral, and Reiki
All massage is done at Massage Works in Bridgeport, 203-374-6000, $80 for 1 hr, $110 for 1 1/2 hr
When working with specific issues, a sequence of four sessions is recommended.

Shamanic
$75 per hour. Distance work available.

Meditation and Tai Chi instruction
$120 for a series of four classes.
